Absolutely outstanding! Wonderful staff. Brilliant food. Lovely atmosphere. The manager (Su) is friendly and welcoming, moving furniture around, without us asking, to accommodate me and my family. The staff that were on (Jenny and Conan?) were attentive and humorous. I really felt the exceptional quality of service and can’t wait to return. If you are in the area I thoroughly recommend!

This is a lovely little place. Great food, fantastic friendly service and a lovely atmosphere. We went for afternoon tea as a work outing, and it was everything we could have wanted. Thank you.

Popped in this morning whilst out for a walk and despite it being lunchtime the service was friendly and efficient with our food and drinks being delivered in good times even though they were made fresh. I had the Oreo milkshake and a sausage roll (which was so delicious that I’d scoffed most of it before my milkshake had arrived) whilst Mel had the Mango & Passion Fruit Smoothie all of which was delicious and worth the cost. The interior decor was very modern and relaxing to the eye, a great environment to unwind and enjoy your cuppa (whatever that might be). Loaded up with cookies and cakes to take away. The old adage you get what you pay for is very true and here you get great food and drink served with a smile by friendly staff.

Perfect local cafe with a modern cosy feel. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, with smooth, high quality coffee. And you still get a biscoff biscuit with your cappuccino, which is getting rarer these days !

Stopped in as I was passing by in Dunchurch to grab a quick takeaway. Really lovely inside, nice that it is dog friendly. The coffee and cheese and tomato croissant I had was lovely. Will be back to enjoy the atmosphere and the WiFi. Nice to have something like this local!

Stumbled upon this cozy little café and was pleasantly surprised! The staff was warm and welcoming, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious; the club sandwich was incredibly tasty and satisfying. I especially loved the hot chocolate, served straight from a tap, such a unique touch! The chocolate milkshake was lovely, too. I’ll definitely be back again if I'm in the area.

Our first visit to Cuppa Coffee today and a thoroughly enjoyable one. Best coffee I’ve tasted for a long time and fascinating to hear and see how the machines that deliver the drinks work. The biscuits were lovely, friendly staff and excellent customer service. Looking forward to returning soon and trying some of the other food on offer. Thanks for taking the time to tell us how the coffee is sourced and the background to how the business started, it was very interesting and inspiring.
